We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're family-operated, so when something isn't right, we own it and sort it out that same day.

I track the full schedule on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.

How frequently do you service the units?

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second visit each week.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a regular weekly service day and keep the unit on your property until you call to have it removed.

What happens during a weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks is ideal for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

What kind of spot do you need for delivery?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, free of low-hanging wires and away from any excavation work.
